RADD Kids & Teens

RADD CrossFit is now offering two great programs for our younger athletes! RADD Kids and RADD Teens! The RADD Kids program makes fitness fun for children. It teaches the principles of mechanics, consistency, and intensity in working out. It also provides members with physical literacy and enhanced sports performance, while preventing sports injuries. While RADD TeensĀ focuses on strength, speed, lateral movement, agility, and conditioning. Throughout the program, adolescents will receive both a physical and mental boost as the classes progress.
