  • Personal Training

    In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find time for regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. RADD offers 30-minute or 1-hour personal training sessions that will help you achieve your ideal body. We’ll develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.   • CrossFit

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored!   • Beginner Classes

    If you are just starting out the Beginners program could be for you. You’ll train beside other newcomers just like you and learn the correct techniques for classic CrossFit movements.   • Open Gym

  • Boot Camp

    Our Bootcamp classes are designed to deliver a total body workout and increase your overall fitness faster. Bootcamp workouts do not incorporate heavy strength training or barbell work like our regular CrossFit classes. Instead, we focus on athletic drills, running and rowing, plyometrics, kettlebells, functional movements and more. When the weather permits, classes are held at local parks and fields in Sea Cliff and Glen Head.   • Endurance

    Want to develop your own cardiovascular “engine?” If you enjoy running or plan to compete in a race, the Endurance class will help you focus on relatively short, intense workouts instead of long slow distance training. In this class, we’ll target muscle groups that are traditionally weaker on endurance athletes, while developing explosive speed.

    This class prepares you for:

  • Barbell Club

    The RADD Barbell Club focuses on technique and execution of the Snatch, Clean, and Jerk. Members perform basic positions while learning and improving upon the foundational points of each movement.     Yoga is a great complement to CrossFit training because it increases strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance — all things you’ll need to get the most from your CrossFit workouts! Enjoy the mind-body connection that yoga brings so you can tune into your body and relax your mind.
