Each year on 9/11 we commemorate the lives that were lost and the heroes that risked and lost their lives to help people on this tragic day. The workout takes place at the Sea Cliff Stairs and all are welcome to attend any of our Group Classes to complete this workout.

Here is  a list of our classes:

6 AM,8:30 AM, 9:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM, 8:00 PM
